Our Services

Building  Comprehensive Plans

The Center helps organizations and agencies take their program ideas, and craft them into concrete plans, identifying problems to be solved, and their sources, defining the groups or individuals to receive services, collecting relevant demographic information on the community climate, developing service protocols, project evaluation, and sustainability plans, and a project budget.

Identify Funding Sources

The Center maintains relationships with a number of organizations that work with grant-seekers to identify potential funding sources. Using multiple databases, some of which target funders in northeast Indiana, the Center will help grant-seekers reach out to funders, clarify each funder’s priorities and preferences, and make prudent decisions on seeking grant support.

Crafting Proposals

After a prospective funding source has been identified, the Center staff will complete the application, including complete budget requests, evaluation protocols, and sustainability plans.  The completed application will then be prepared for submission to the prospective funding agency.

Grant Support

When an agency is notified that it has received a grant, the Center staff is available to assist agency staff in setting up the project and establishing grant protocols, developing an evaluation plan, and performing a thorough project evaluation as required by the grant timetable. The Center staff is also available to prepare regular progress reports as required by the funding agency, and to prepare final reports.
